Seeking a solid privilege log template

Quick question: after a 2,300-page production this week, I need a clean, court-friendly privilege log format that captures author/recipient, date, doc type, and basis without over-disclosing — what templates or tools (Word/Excel, Relativity’s export, CaseMap) have worked for you? Sharing general information only is perfect; for case-specific issues, please consult a qualified attorney.

EDRM’s Excel template with ‘author/recipient’ and short basis codes works; Relativity export helps: Privilege Log Deemed Partially Inadequate - EDRM. General info only; confirm with counsel.

For a 2,300-page set, I export From/To/CC/BCC, Date, Doc Type, and a short “basis code” from Relativity, then mail-merge into a clean Word table so it reads court-friendly without over-disclosing. Building on @melanier92, I de-dupe by email thread and, where acceptable, log the family with a Bates range rather than every child. General info only — does your judge prefer families grouped or one line per attachment; confirm with counsel.

Quick example: in my geriatric labs, I keep grapiprant as the baseline and, on flare weeks, I hold it and do a 3–5 day ‘carprofen pulse’ with meals. It’s given me the function bump without tipping the gut, @OP.
