Reliable minute book and consent workflow

Anyone managing 150+ entities found a platform that maintains centralized minute books, clean unanimous written consent routing (with DocuSign + SSO), and immutable audit trails? I’m replacing Excel/SharePoint and need bulk annual report calendaring, officer/director registers, and retention controls; sharing general experiences is great — specific compliance decisions will be handled with counsel.

We moved 180+ entities into Athennian last year — it pulled us out of Excel purgatory; centralized minute books, DocuSign with Okta SSO, immutable audit logs, bulk annual report scheduling, and officer/director registers all worked, though permissions took some tuning for outside auditors… If you need filings automation, pair it with CSC; https://www.athennian.com — does that cover what you’re trying to replace?

Tried Diligent Entities with about 160 subs; wired DocuSign via Okta SSO and used role-based routing with pre-verified signer profiles so the “unanimous written consent” chain didn’t play musical chairs… Before migrating, normalize officer/director names and assign immutable entity IDs, then bulk import registers/minute books and verify the audit-log export works; their overview is here: Streamline Entity Management with AI: Smarter Data, Compliance, and Reporting | Diligent Entity. Athennian or MinuteBox can cover this too, but test retention/audit settings in a sandbox, and loop in counsel for any compliance calls you’re baking into the workflow — do you also need subsidiary attestations tra.

CSC Entity Management has worked for us at about 200 entities — central records, DocuSign tied to our IdP, immutable logs, bulk filing calendars, board/executive rosters, and retention holds… Do a 10-entity test drive first: map roles/naming and run a full “unanimous written consent” chain with pre-verified signers (totally with @mitchell_payne26 on that). Small caveat: IdP/DocuSign and archive exports are often locked to higher tiers — does that fit your budget?
