Refining Document Management Processes

I’ve been focusing on improving our document management systems in preparation for upcoming litigation cases. Recently I switched to using a digital filing tool to streamline access and organization, which has made a noticeable difference in how quickly we can prepare case files. I’m curious if anyone has tips or tools they find effective for managing large volumes of legal documents.

Using tags on your digital files can save a ton of time when searching for specific documents… I agree on the volume aspect — it’s so easy to lose track without a solid system. Have you tried using color-coding your documents for quick visual cues?
