One of the most crucial parts of my job as a bankruptcy paralegal is gathering financial documentation from clients. It can be overwhelming for them, especially when they’re stressed about their situation. I’ve found that explaining the importance of each document helps ease their concerns. How do you support clients in this often daunting process?

It’s definitely a tough spot for clients.
