That’s the roundup for this week. Wishing you the best in your job search—hope you find the perfect match!

Having worked a mix of remote and in-office paralegal gigs, I found that remote roles can feel like a never-ending game of telephone without the right communication tools. Make sure to stay organized and keep a shared calendar — it’s a lifesaver! If you’re deep into litigation, prioritizing those deadlines can be tricky, but try to set mini-deadlines for yourself to stay on track. @futurelawyer, what’s been your experience in transitioning to remote work?

But , I totally get the communication struggle in remote paralegal roles. I had a project where deadlines slipped simply because we were relying on emails without a solid system for tracking changes. Using a tool like Asana really helped keep everyone on the same page, especially with the current job market needing quick responses.
